Wedding Packages
Let us make your special day a truly memorable experience! Enjoy having your family and friends watch you say ‘I do’ under majestic live oaks at the beautifully renovated Lodge or near the sparkling waters at the overlook at Sherlock Spring. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the welcoming front porch, or the overlook at the spring, while the newlyweds take photos with gorgeous backdrops. The Lodge can accommodate 120 guests and is the perfect setting for your celebration.

Property Rental Includes:
Use of the Lodge, kitchen (2 warming units, steam bar, ice maker, 2 refrigeration units, sinks and prep tables), changing room, side deck, front porch, rocking chairs, rustic table, tables (60” round, 6’ rectangular, 8’ rectangular, 30” round tables), black banquet chairs, black or white table linens, live oak area (outside next to the lodge), hilltop area, overlook deck, outside white folding chairs, cornhole game.
Sherlock Springs staff will set up the tables, chairs etc. prior to the start of the event. Staff will unlock the building, monitor restrooms, AC/heat, and empty inside trash cans during events.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date for your event, this amount counts toward your final bill.
$1 million of event insurance is required (you purchase), a refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required, alcohol is allowed either using a bartender with a liquor license or you must include host liquor liability insurance in your event insurance.
If requested, day of event coordination includes:
A Sherlock Springs staff member acting as the onsite event coordinator during the day of the event. A designated staff member will meet with all vendors, coordinate vendor placements on site, monitor and keep event timelines (photos, dinner, ceremony, etc.), greet guests, and manage other event specifics during the day of the event.
