The equestrian Center

The Equestrian Center complex includes an indoor arena measuring roughly 105’ by 65’ (with a concrete floor), a tack room, 12 stalls, public restrooms and living quarters that has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The main building sits between fenced pastures and a large open riding area and is surrounded by wooded trails which back up to a large expanse of mature live oak trees. This facility can be used for horse, dog or other animal related events, trade shows, farmer’s markets, large gatherings and more.

Event Packages

The Equestrian Center holds 350 seated with plenty of green space next to the building for fresh air activities. 

Daylight Package

Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

  • $300 for 2 hours and $75 per additional hour
  • $400 – 8am – 12pm
  • $500 – 12pm – 5pm
  • $800 – Full day rate 

Twilight Package

Monday – Friday (5pm – 10pm)

  • $300 for 2 hours and $75 per additional hour
  • $500 – Full evening rate 

Weekend Fun Package

Saturday & Sunday 8am – 5pm)

  • $400 for 2 hours and $100 per additional hour
  • $500 – 8am – 12pm
  • $600 – 12pm – 5pm
  • $1,000 – Full day rate 

Weekend Twilight Package

Saturday & Sunday (5pm – 10pm)

  • $400 for 2 hours and $100 per additional hour
  • $600 – Full evening rate 

All packages include use of our in-house tables and chairs along with your choice of black or white table linens. If you would like specific items, we have a list of preferred vendors that we would be happy to connect you with.

The Equestrian Center is incredibly versatile for a variety of events. From open air markets to large banquets, we can accommodate your needs and help you plan a setting for your event that is as unique as you are. Sherlock Springs policies

  • A licensed bartender is required if any alcohol will be consumed when renting a facility.
  • Event insurance is required to rent the facility.
  • All children 8 years and younger must be supervised by an adult.
